Defective products
In case of any defective products upon delivery, we urge you to contact the company within 14 days from the delivery date, as long as you have the receipt that accompanies the product.
The return-shipping cost shall burden G & M Socks after the receipt of the products and the relevant check, as foreseen below.
We can proceed to the replacement of the product only if the packaging is presented and only if the defect does not result from misuse of the consumer or violation of the instructions for use of the product.
In case of return of defective products, the product is returned to the company by the customer, who is responsible for the return with the original purchase receipt.
The declaration of return of the defective product is done in writing by sending a message to the special contact form of our website.
Wrong products returns
If the wrong products are shipped, due to our fault, the consumer-customer is entitled to return the wrong products received exclusively within fourteen (14) calendar days of the product delivery and the return cost is borne by G & M Socks, which bears the obligation to send customers the correct products-merchandise ordered by them, after G & M Socks has checked the perfect condition of the returned products.
Customers shall keep the product in perfect condition, totally unused, its packaging shall be intact, and it shall include the initial content and possible accompanying material (components, manuals etc.)
Upon the return of wrong products to G & M Socks you will be sent the correct products you ordered anew free of charge.
The statement on wrong product return is made in writing by sending a message via the special communication form of our website.
After the product has been received and checked, G & M Socks will send you the correct ordered products anew, without charging you again.
Returns of non-defective products – right of unjustified withdrawal and order cancellation by consumers
The cancellation or modification of your order is feasible when there is a “pending” indication in your order history. In this case you can cancel or modify your order by sending a message via the special communication form of our website
You can withdraw from the purchase contract and return non-defective products provided that the whole product is in perfect condition, has not been used and is in its original packaging. The packaging and the accompanying material are in their original perfect condition.
The return request shall not be made after the elapse of the exclusive fourteen (14) calendar day deadline following the delivery date of the products of your order.
Once you have returned the non-defective product you have the option to either select another product.
The return of the product is accepted only if the consumer-customer firs has paid any amount charged to G & M Socks for the shipment of the product to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item.
